I couldn't care less how the stadium looks. I just want it to be a normal ballpark and not completely mute our offense.

I know I'm an extremist on this, but…that ballpark is a symbol of the contempt the ownership group has for the fans. It's a Jerry Jones level of "we'll just throw some piece of **** out there and you suckers will pay through the nose to watch the team"

I'd be less irritated if it played more straight up, but it's seemingly worse than places like the Astrodome for hitting. To me, that shows how little care or intention went in to designing it. Which would be consistent with how half assed it is aesthetically.

Am I missing something about the challenge system? Not challenging that is as dumb as De La Cruz getting doubled off 3rd.


The hitter has to immediately challenge, and I think some just aren't in the mindset to do it so quickly.

I agree with that. It's the only thing that makes sense. It sucks because I thought the Ballpark was the coolest place in the world. And not one thing about the new stadium reminds you of the ballpark other than seeing it over there through the glass windows. Now I went to my token one game of the year last night and that's probably it for the season for me.

Yea but the other team plays a quick series. We have to hit in that cave 81x a year. That has to mess with the hitters heads.

Watching Joc's antics around the bases after his HR make me hate him more than I did before. Most normal people, feeling some level of embarrassment in their previous results, would put their head down and get around the bases. He just makes a clown out of himself.

For sure, definitely comes across as a dewsh. Takes a lot for our fans to turn on someone compared to other fan bases. He was definitely getting some boos earlier in the game

My son thought the same. Seems like half my son's high school home runs were balls he got under that the wind accidently drove over the right field wall. His coaches always gave him **** for those. "Ya still missed it, Lefty"

Hanging out getting ready for the hoops game, so only can watch some tonight with no sound. But he looks a little off as you said. Pitch count getting up there too for early in the game.
