That sequence of 3 at bats was double plus ungood.

With all the analytics in baseball, it is mind blowing to see teams still calling for sacrifice bunts, which are objectively a negative EV play in virtually any situation.

Agree completely. To do that though, the front office needs a total purge. Particularly the morons in charge of amateur scouting and development. Every other team in baseball has young players to get excited about…the Rangers on the other hand…
