Illinois is a quality team. Has zero bad losses this year. I think Zona is the cream of the crop, but Illinois and Michigan are 2a and 2b

Choke job by UH. Just brick city, pulling the string on everything. Cenac and Flemings are non-factors. Typical Sampson tournament egg. I was hoping they'd lay it against us, but we just couldn't apply enough pressure.

Dumb post. Houston was top 5 all year and 1 for a good chunk. They're big and experienced. They ran into another big, physical team and couldn't make shots. Basketball is such a matchup game. This Illinois team tonight reminds me of UF last year. Both horrible matchups.

Actually they are it big at all. That is their weakness - zero inside game. They have missed everything tonight - threes , mid range. Everything. Illinois is the real deal though.

Tonight they're playing a team with much better talent than A&M and they're also off all night so far.

If you listen to staff after A&M loss Houston is all that. It's what happens when A@M loses. We are reminded of how good other teams are rather than how bad we played. Hang in there: you will figure it out.

We had a first year head coach with an entire roster pieced together before the portal buzzer

Houston has won 30 games a year the past 5 or 6 seasons & Samson has been there over a decade. They add complimentary portal pieces on occasion


I agree there is some homer pumping on this site, but if you can't see the forest from the trees in this situation idk how to help you
