Thanks! The pucks are 3" dia and 1.5" dia cut from 3/4" ply, then chucked them up in the lathe to sand and round off the corners. Volant metal is so tough, I had to sharpen the bit 2 or 3 times to get all the holes drilled

I remember when I got my volants mounted there was only one shop in Houston that would work on them. And now 30 years later sun and ski is the only "ski shop " in Houston.
