Can't the A's just stay in Sacramento? This park looks great. 1000x better than the Oakland Coliseum, and probably better than what Vegas will give them (to my tastes, that is).

They do seem to be doing several things right with the new one.

1) Only 33k seats and they'll be closer to the field than any MLB park
2) Instead of building a lame-ass retractable roof that is rarely open and results in a vertical box stadium, it will be enclosed but with a massive window that spans the entire OF (which will have a view of the Strip) and the rest of the roof will be translucent enough to let natural light in (without it being hot direct). So day games should have a day game look/feel, and in general, it will have more of an outdoor feel than these retractable stadiums even when their roof is open

Now I'm not a huge fan of the shell look, but I do like what they are trying to do. Retractable roofs suck ass

Couldn't tell if he was grabbing his biceps or elbow. Normally with UCL, it presents as a forearm/flexor strain/tightness. He seems to be looking more at his biceps?
