Totally worth it. Each season is better than the last, it's now easily one of the best shows on TV, and this final season feels like it's going to be a pretty big event worth watching live.
What if the story is being brought back full circle to Ruth's belief since the first season that the Langmores are truly cursed? Would Marty have been able to launder all the money in relative peace without "The Curse of the Langmores" being the catalyst for every twist and turn that followed?TCTTS said:

I think Javi is the most annoying character on the show. I hate his storyline and every time he comes on the screen.
I think y'all are crazy for thinking savant Jonah being and emotional 14 year old is that wierd. Kids are practically born with technology in their hands now. If dad is doing all of this stuff and Jonah watches for a bit and starts trying to learn his own stuff, ends up with a copycat of his dad's work..then has a panic over a minor thing that goes wrong that his dad can fix in five minutes..
Plus, introverted slightly neurotic, keeps to himself, emotional 14 year old... does those things? They made him close with the old guy at the beginning, then made him really identify with his crazypants uncle. Obviously the kid has issues adjusting to the life his parents have drug him into.
Big sister is a little bit of a sociopath for being so chill with it all the time, but they are setting her up to be exactly her mother's daughter. Jonah is just younger Ben.

also, Sheriff Nix getting killed wasn't that shocking to me. Dude kinda thought he had all his ducks pretty solid and was getting paid by the major criminals in town. I don't think he'd probably been in a 'dangerous' situation in ages.

Yeah I agree with hating Javi. My hate for Wendy and Darlene just overshadowed it lol. Every time he was in a scene I would just sigh, I'm not a fan of the chaotic character used as a plot device trope. He's like a perpetual natural disaster.

I hear what yall are saying about these characters, but it feels deliberate to me and I kind of think they all make sense. Outside of Marty, none of them understands exactly what they are dealing with. Jonah doesn't get it. Darlene doesn't get it. Even Wendy doesn't really get it.
Except for Marty (and maybe his daughter), they all think they are smarter or tougher than whoever they are going up against. Marty seems to be the only one who understands that he stays alive as long as he's valuable to someone else. Everyone else is chasing something for themselves.
Marty's just out here trying to give all these people what they want because his only goal is survival.

That's a great post. Marty seems to be the only one who realizes if he doesn't continue to make stuff happen, someone will show up and kill him. Wendy has gotten it into her head that she is an important person on her own merit when she is nothing more than another spoke in the wheel of a giant machine that is going to use her until she ceases being useful. Darlene found that out the hard way at the end of the last episode. But neither Wendy nor Marty has actually physically killed someone themselves to this point. I imagine that will change before it's all over.
We definitely need a death pool before the premiere

It took me almost three episodes to figure out the creepy lawyer's purpose. Not much of interest was going on except scenes for purely shock value.
The first season was spectacular. Lots of suspense and intrigue. Jacob Snell was a bad ass. Darlene has been a loony character that just makes your eyes roll.
I've got to finish the show out after 3.5

I'm just now getting into BCS's final season. There's no way I can handle both at the same time, but I don't want to wait.
Same. If I can finish this project for work by Friday, maybe I can just carve out that night or half of Saturday to marathon the hell out of these last seven episodes. Otherwise, it's going to be a spoiler minefield all over the internet this weekend.
