I saw a new place Taco Madre off of Babcock a couple days ago but Yelp and Urban Spoon both had spotty reviews for them so I'm going to look for something better.

I haven't but Yelp and Urbanspoon are both favorable and the the location is agreeable for most. Certainly a place to consider.

I'll also throw out another place being Mary Lou's in Olmos Park. I've had their tacos a few times and they have always been pretty damn good.

The tortillas were the best part of taco taco. They were like pancakes, the insides were ok at best. But the tortillas were great.

Tacos were good. a bit light on fillings but what was there was pretty tasty. I personally liked the tortillas though some of the others did not. if i lived or worked in the area I would stop in again.
