Another vote for Taco Haven. They have the best homemade corn tortillas. My favorite is the Torres Special ( Beans, Cheese, Avacado, and Bacon), but they are all awesome. I've never had a barbacoa taco stuffed with so much meat as I have at Taco Haven.

Oh yeah, I tried Tink-a-Taco @ 281 & Encino Rio. I'll definitely go back. The carne guisada plate was $7.99 and (while Aguascalientes is still my favorite) it was excellent. The lunch date ordered 2 tacos a la carte ... one of them chorizo & egg, and it wasn't too greasy. The total for both of us was $12-something without tip. The inside of the restaurant is so nice-looking I felt like my bill should've been in the $20s.

The Chorizo is pretty good there. I haven't been to that location but did eat at the one on Blanco quite a bit in the short time it was open when i still lived in Stone Oak.
