This is what the NHL wants. It is why the OT point is given to a loser. OT loss should be worth 0 or every game should be worth 3 points total. But if you did that the playoff races would be all but over before March ends each year.

Looks like my run as a ticket holder is over. Half season required for playoff tickets. 3 kids under 3 + half season is a no go. Only reason I kept the 10 game was for playoffs. 13 year mostly disappointing ticket run is ending.

Mats Zuccarello was run over by rookie Joel L'Esperance in practice this morning. He was seen bleeding from his right eye. Assistant coach Rick Bowness was heard saying "That's not good."
He did return to practice shortly after.
