Outside of a few elite players (Segs, Benn, Rads, Kling, and eventually Heisky) and a few solid players (Faksa and Lindell) this team lacks talent. You're supposed to build through the draft, but Nill has shown to be horrible in drafting and developing. I'm even starting to lose faith in Nuke

And he tries to bandaid it by signing washed up grit players who just end up being dead weight (Comeau, Polak, Hanzal, Methot, etc).
I don't mind losing if the young guns play and there's a plan and the team is building towards something. But outside of one great regular season Nill's tenure has been a bust.
