I succeeded in convincing my better half to go down from 72 to 71 last night. Progress!
I don't think we ever get above 70.planoaggie123 said:

Light rain, upper 30's. Kroger was super crowded so I skipped that but Total Wine was pretty reasonable. Reporting from on the ground in North Fort Worth.
Many thanks to you for your sacrifice.Decay said:

Maybe you don't? Blood flow tends to retreat from the extremities in cold weather. Mouths are warm.CoppellAg93 said:Sounds like you're doing it wrong.planoaggie123 said:

Aren't you the one who last year bragged about "only" using two tvs and a computer to help conserve power during the blackouts?planoaggie123 said:

The company that owns the Interstate 35W toll road that was the site of a deadly pileup a year ago said the managed lanes in Dallas-Fort Worth are being closed ahead the winter storm.
"The entire DFW Managed Lane System is being closed due to the impending severe winter weather storm," NTE Mobility Partners spokesperson Robert Hinkle said in a Wednesday email. "In coordination with TxDOT, we closed the managed lanes throughout the region so that we can focus our efforts and resources on the main lanes of travel."
Six people died in a 133-car pileup on a stretch of toll road north of downtown Fort Worth in February 2021.

Dumb question - pool has anti-freeze protection that runs the pumps/water features.
Does the water still flow through the heater even if it isn't running? I assume so therefore I wouldn't drain only the heater because essentially if the pumps are running its going through it?
Thank you sir I very much appreciate the offer.wbt5845 said:
