Dest is good enough to play on the left, but I think he just gives so much more on the right that you gotta play him there. I like Cannon's game too.

I could be reading into it too much, but I think Dest looks disengaged from the game because of it as well. He's been caught somewaht flat footed in defense at times, and you can see his frustration going forward as well. He's pretty expressive with his body language, which I don't mind.
Eh, it wasn't a good take, but you want your striker to want to take those. Looks like he overthought it.

Also, I'm glad McKennie is an a-hole. Every good team needs one of those. He just needs to make his a-holeishness not as obvious so he doesn't get sent off and can't go on being an a-hole.

I think we are actually getting outplayed this half, not that Panama is really playing well at all
Gonna happen with younger players, generally not quite as good at in game adjustments..though I think Panama looks to be pretty inexperienced as well

Yeah this second half has been a lot more physical. We aren't dictating play nearly as easy. They started pressing our backline possession and we haven't handled it the best.
Soto did a good job making the run, and seeing Weah...but just BLASTS it at him

I actualy like that this 2nd half has gone the way it has. There was a narrative growing that we had our 11 for the qualifiers. After they struggled for the first 20-25 of the 2nd half, and the subs have come in to play well, hopefully Berhalter didn't have it all locked in.
I know he is divisive, but I actually think Morris has grown into the kidn of player that could absolutely torment teams playing with this team. I hope he goes to Europe in the offseason, I think he could make a big impact in a top 5 league. What he does well, he REALLY does well

Well Gregggggg played 2 9s and the both got a brace. Imagine that.
I'm actually open to trying a false 9 again in the future, he just has to play players in that spot and the rest of the attack that fit the tactics required.
