I view this as a good thing. Congress needs to codify it rather than rely on administrative rules.

Only seeing this ruling in West Virginia, not the country. Is there another ruling? Seen some posts say the judges spouse is mixed up in the food dye industry? If so, sounds like a clear conflict of interest violation and a requirement for recusal.

The judge will just certify a class of people that includes all Americans that eat food.

Congress is useless. They aren't going to do anything but try to run out the clock. That includes a good number of worthless republicans as well.

Unfortunately that's what I think it will take because I foresee several rulings along the lines of Loper Bright saying it's up to the judicial branch to determine Congressional ambiguities in the law.

These people are absolutely insane.
the Democratic Party leadership has thoroughly corrupted the judicial system. Conservatives need to obtain a super majority and begin impeachment of these activist judges. I know this won't happen but it should.
Among the latter, under pretence of governing they have divided their nations into two classes, wolves and sheep.”

Note, Judge Anne M. Nardacci was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on November 30, 2022, by a vote of 52-44, in the lame duck session after the election.

This was mostly a party-line vote, with Democrats supporting and most Republicans opposing. (A separate cloture vote to end debate passed 52-45 earlier that day, of course Republicans were too timid/genteel to demand a roll call vote).

But wait, the two exceptions? Susan Collins (of course), and JOHN CORNYN. I hold so much contempt for that sleaze bag. He must be expunged in the primary next year. Anyone voting for him again in that race is out of their mind. He also was the co-sponsor of the HOPE for Afghan SIV's act, which he once bragged about but deleted that post on his social media this month.

Terrible legislation, terrorists in our communities, and horrible judges=John Cornyn specials. /rant. Thanks for listening.

I guarantee you Cornyn is more than happy he cast that vote. He has never shown that he actually opposes illegal immigration.

Cornyn is the epitome of an empty suit. Well, it's empty except for whatever he's lined his pockets with.

He's toast. Though none of the R challengers excite me.

Rs won't lose this seat in 2026 but if they turn out empty suits like Cornyn and antagonists like MTG, Randy and Lil Randy, we let the libs sneak back in control.

100% support of Trump agenda or GTFO.
