This is the perfect case to ask the Supreme Court for emergency relief because this "judge" is telling Trump to break the law.

So. Commit two impeachable offenses.

1. Break the law by spending money Congress has not authorized him to spend.

2. Break the law by taking money Congress has authorized for items in area A and change the allocation to area B, leaving area A with no allocated funds.

All because "kids are hungry". Got it. That's the fine print on the back of the constitution written in invisible ink that we can't see unless we steal the doc from the National Archives and put lemon juice on it. Right? Do I have that right?

Play hardball. Just freeze all spending for judicial branch activities and use their budget to pay for SNAP. If SCOTUS wants their clerks to get paid they can put a stop to this nonsense.

I do have to say that I don't think Judge Merchan could have done anything else to screw up that case, he was so bad. 99% of his rulings were flat out wrong, and politically driven, law be damned.

When I was first practicing law in another state, there was one judge (elected) who was so bad that opposing counsel would file joint motions to the state supreme court for what was called a writ of supervision. That is an order telling the judge she couldn't do that. And that even included criminal trials wherein the DA's office didn't want their convictions overturned by her poor rulings.

But since this was a political show trial so that Bragg never cared that the convictions would be overturned down the road. He just wanted a talking point for an election.

This is the leftist apparatus, including lawless judges, framing it as "Trump told the judiciary that he will not pay out SNAP benefits despite a court order."

This is quite intentional, and I have already heard that statement almost verbatim on WBAP news. Never mind that there is no money allocated for that purpose, which is the whole issue with democrats shutting down the government. They want this as a weekend talking point. It is bull*****
