Form I-134A is the sponsor's application. So, 51,133 of them shouldn't have been filled out in Tijuana, and obviously deceased individuals are not able to financially support migrants. It definitely looks like this program has become yet another way for cartels to suck money from vulnerable people who want to get into this country, and undoubtedly there's no real sponsor for those 51,133 applications. It wouldn't be a surprise if we learned that cartels are somehow preventing people who don't use their services to complete an application from being admitted to the program.
It also found that 24 of the 1,000 most used numbers belonged to a dead person. Meanwhile, 100 physical addresses were used between 124 and 739 times on over 19,000 forms. Those addresses included storage units. One sponsor phone number was submitted on over 2,000 forms, and there were 2,839 forms with non-existent sponsor zip codes, according to the leak.

The report was created by the Fraud Detection and National Security Directorate to ensure DHS can quickly respond to fraud in immigration benefits programs.
This was an organized invasion, supported by the Chicom's operating the Peepaw White House and Mayorkas. Never, ever vote for a Democrat.

Bondi up bright an early this morning standing with RIley Gaines about to educate Maine on the FO stage of their transnannigans. Debrief from Fox News with Turley is that the actions against Maine will likely wind up at SCOTUS.

Hopefully that will result in reaffirmations of Title IX protections for women, the supremacy clause of fed law over state law, and definition of man and woman. Will KBJ have to recuse herself as she has previously stated she is not a biologist and cannot make such a 'judgement'.

Scotus has original jurisdiction in a suit by the feds against a state (or between states) so if this isn't just some agency suit against a state agency, that could happen, but it's exceptionally unlikely, imho (and I'm understating that, before BMX jumps me).

What would really be fun in the nerdery world of 'what if's that are not going to happen' is if a state is named and SCOTUS accepted a case, then a jury was requested for fact finding. The drama would be off the charts.

How can you hold a co-equal branch of government in contempt? Again, inferior judges trying to bully the executive. If SCOTUS doesn't slap this down, along with all the other BS jurisdictional issues the Executive essentially is no more that just a figurehead.

OR Presidents just will ignore judges orders.

I would like to see Trump and his officials to start casually talking in interviews about the fact that Roberts is allowing the district courts to walk all over the supreme court ruling that stated these guys are entitled to habeas corpus hearings in the district where they are detained and nowhere else. Make Roberts out to look weak by allowing the lower courts to ignore the rulings made by his SCOTUS. We know how prideful he is about his court, so if Trump and his officials go on all the sunday news shows and start pointing out how the district courts are playing Roberts for a fool just as casual conversation, not as part of a thundering rant, maybe it will goad Roberts into actually taking a stand.

With the current balance of the Supreme Court, they do not need Roberts to do anything.

Thomas, Alito, Kavanaugh and Gorsuch can get any case heard they want. Why do they escape everyone's scorn?
