Sooooooo Abrego Garcia isn't even legally married to the girl claiming she is his wife. She's claiming they are common law married because they have a child.

Problem. Common law only applies to actual citizens of the state of Maryland. Funny how they leave those details are not mentioned. He had two restraining orders for violence against the so called girlfriend. He was picked up outside Home Depot where he wasn't employed as was said in earlier reports. He was a day laborer who you see outside Home Depot and Lowe's every day.

b the Supreme Court told him he had no jurisdiction.
c. Boasberg gave a verbal order, which is not applicable per previous court rulings.
d. Boasberg has lied about his orders and lied about what the Supreme Court ruled.
e. Boasberg still does not have jurisdiction over this case.
f. Boasberg is corruot.
g. Congress created Boasberg's court. They can legally eliminate his court.

Hopefully you can follow all of that. Those are facts.

Only one court is specified in the US Constitution and it is the Supreme Court, though the old faded ink on wrinkled paper failed to detail how many justices are on the court and the structure of the lower courts.

So we can abolish all courts and reduce or expand SCOTUS as needed. And change is needed.

I see the no bond is necessary for a person who "cannot be trusted to appear in immigration court" -What a judicial joke.

As mentioned above Garcia claims to be 'common law" married, however Maryland does not recognize common law marriages. They do have provisions for "unmarried cohabitants" or " two unmarried people, in a relationship, who are living together."
