Four months ago, I said that the administration made a judgment error in the beginning when they refused to bring him back immediately and process him out of the country to any other place besides the one the order said he couldn't go to. They made him into a leftist martyr and talking point.

Now I've realized that it worked out anyway - every decision made by the leftist judges are so unpopular and this guy is such a scumbag that it drives people to Trump's side of the immigration issue. They played it perfectly.

Isn't saying you can plead guilty and go to CR vs. Being deported ASAP to Uganda similar to a plea deal? Why would that be out of bounds?

And how in Habeas can she dictate to the Government where to send him? Isn't everything she is doing essentially out of bounds for a habeas hearing? Jurisdiction and all that?
