Yea, he had deportation orders that Biden broke the rules and did not deport. When caught running a carload of illegals they broke the rules and let him go along with his cargo.

Inmate intersections are a bit rarer at ADX Florence. But there have been a few murders so maybe he can be f-ed in that way.

And man the Dems look absolutely functionally ******ed in how they handled this. But it's likely they still try and get Abrego off and freed. See George Floyd. Certainly do not. Never been to the state at all. I'd bet cities are liberal like most.
I think our LEO are as prepared as any to handle any attempts at violence. It's difficult to envision any cities in Tx to allow that level of violence except maybe San Antonio and Austin.

the court maintains its inherent power to sanction a party if necessary after the case is dismissed. i don't think sanctions are warranted here, but there is no reason that should delay the case being dismissed.
