The SCOTUS needs to let the lower courts know that immigration is within the purview of the executive and legislative branches.

And the legislative branch delegated MOST powers to the executive branch.

This micromanaging by district judges is getting ridiculous....

Not just the Dem party. Trump met with Thune and told him its time to drop the blue slip process. Thune absolutely refused. Nothing but an attempt by Thune to keep a stupid power in the Senate that foils POTUS.

He also said he has moved every Trump judicial nom through in record time. I don't think that is the case.

Lets all find something negative to say about the Trump administration. He has done many incredible things in less than a year, and he is working on those areas that need work. I think of Mayorkas testifying to Congress and basically saying that there was no such thing as an immigration crisis and contrast that to the things we complain about in the Trump administration. So lets celebrate the success and improvement and give him latitude to continue working on the things that need work. Just remember how fortunate we are to have him and what a disaster it would be to have the dems back in control of things.

This all could be way worse.

No...he HAD a removal order. He had a WITHHOLDING order that wouldn't allow that removal to El Salvador.


You're misunderstanding what a withholding of removal order does. A withholding of removal order says that an alien is removable, but there are reasons to not grant a removal order, so there is no removal order issued. Then, if the government can later show that the conditions that led to the withholding order have been alleviated, the government can then get a removal order.

The fact that a withholding of removal order exists is dispositive proof that there is no removal order.
