It is absolutely hilarious(sad) how this judge usurped the immigration courts, and is letting a MS13 TERRORIST dictate to the government essentially when and where he can be deported.

I mean why didn't he just name every country besides the one he actually wants to go to? Or hell, just name every other country and this judge will just let him stay because there is obviously no other place he could go.

L.O.L.

Our "impartial" judiciary is a joke.

Why is he not going to Eswatini? Are they set to persecute him as well for being a father, husband, entrepreneur who is always willing to give friends a ride, and their friends friends, across country even, to help them find work?

He will never remain in the United States indefinitely. At this point, it's worth. The investment to continue to show the Dems complete insanity. It's actually a cheap cost comparatively. And it's not like Abrego's lawyers are free. Someone is paying out of pocket for them. Again, let them spend away.

They can either spend money on this case or fighting for more trans rights, drag queen story hours and child sex mutilation. Keeping them occupied on this ******* keeps them from focusing elsewhere.

Deporting him to Eswatini has more legal barriers than any of the other countries they've already tried to deport him to. We've deported five people there and they're all being held in solitary confinement in a maximum security prison without even having been charged in Eswatini for a crime. So yea, I think it's safe to say judges will have a few misgivings about deporting him there.

I think this has been addressed several times on this thread, but the left mobilizes for the fringe cases because they're reaching for the maximized territorial capture.

"Saint" Floyd is another prime example.

It's like Trump's "big ask" except they're working culturally with an allied media apparatus and neither operate in good faith nor have any intention to compromising.
