I disagree. I would put Saka back there. We rely far too heavily on that position to create scoring chances to stick Cedric back there. Saka is much more likely to be overlap with the midfield and play crosses from the position than Cedric.

Maybe a precursor to Barca "stealing" Arteta (Laporta has said that Arteta is target #1 if Koeman leaves this summer) and Arsenal replacing him with Ten Hag plus bringing in Overmars in some capacity.

The answer is Yes. He's Holdinho for a reason.

There really just seems to be no fluidity or chemistry in the squad. Players don't know where each other are or the runs they're going to make

It's like we need to switch the setting to Attacking and use the turbo button more. Or everyone drink a Red Bull at half. I don't really care. Just some energy and assertiveness to take the game to the opponent while on our home patch would be really nice.

I want to blame Arteta and he does get things wrong occasionally, but at the end of the day it is almost always individual mistakes that cost us. Laca should have scored twice today. Saka should have scored. Cedric and Gabriel ****ing around the back.

Our attackers all have seemed to hit the biggest slumps of their careers at the same time and we always find a way to concede a goal from a mistake. I don't think changing managers fixes any of those problems really. The players have to either get their **** together or get the **** out.

100% agree. I'm not sold on Arteta yet because of some of his questionable decisions but he isn't to blame for the players doing really stupid sheet. I realize that it is not likely or realistic but if I was going into Football Manager / FIFA mode the only guys I would keep on the current roster....

GK - Likely none. Leno comes up with some amazing saves but he sucks playing out of the back and gives up some stupid stuff occasionally. Plus with his positives you should be able to get good cash for him.

CB - Gabi, Holding, Saliba

LB - Tierney

RB - maybe Bellerin because he is HG and has some leadership skills

CM - Willock, Duezy, Partey. Only reason I'd keep Partey is that I think he has been screwed over by injuries and poor partnerships. Would like to see him get some time with a good partner.

AM/W - Saka, ESR, Martinelli (move him to ST), Odegaard, maybe Pepe, maybe Nelson (so he can be loaned)

ST - Balogun, maybe Eddie (so he can be loaned)

I don't get how quickly we bail on PEA. He's not been good but last year we were loving him and praying that we could sign him. Players have off years, I'm not ready to jettison him just yet.
