If it has the same size jump tomorrow I'll be back in the green.

Anyone think that SRMX is on a real run or did it just get too cheap to pass up? I'm still several k in the hole but would love to see net green

Jumped on $GVIS today and it shot up 150%. Rumor has it the ole ******* George Sharp is going to take it over and people are priming it for the next reverse merger like TSNP. I have no idea but the stock moved up quick. It'll probably drop like a rock since I'm talking about it but I figured y'all might be interested as George hasn't announced the deal has been finalized. It'd be neat to see another TSNP like rise to 1.93. I highly doubt that would happen but George has made a name for himself and the FOMO is real.

Have to admit I got overly excited last week and now I'm in for about 4x the risk I wanted to have in RGBP.

But, it did bring my sell price way down.

If it can just bounce back to around 0.04 I'll sell most of it.

For me it is because of the recent deal with ONPH which went from a half dollar in January to $37.48 currently. I don't see smart/successful companies like them granting sizable contracts to another OTC like RGBP if there wasn't something potentially big at play.

Was just reading about some additional heavy investments into RGBP here as well. Ignore the pumpers obviously but surf through this link for some additional news/DD:

edit: Take this fwiw because last Sunday when I posted this it was a 100% BUY and it dropped significantly Monday but it is still at a 96% BUY heading into tomorrow:

I cant imagine holding a penny stock that jumps up to $30/share in that short of a time.

RGBP may be overhyped but all signs point to it being a good long hold, though a lot of penny traders are looking for the quick buck and dont have the patience for this. DD really matters here.

Anyway, I'm in for 100k shares at 0.027 average. Sure hope this goes somewhere because right now i'm bleeding

Eesh.

25k at .0264 here.

Was looking for a quick buck myself but it's looking to be more a long term play at this point.

I'm not necessarily worried because I didnt enter hoping for a quick buck. Shortly after I got in it went up to 0.08 from the initial hype.

If it indeed doesnt live up to the hype I'll sell at .04 or .05

I can't imagine holding something that just suddenly goes so parabolic that quickly either but it happens so why not us?

I'm holding 155K shares at .041 so major bag holding at the moment but not the least bit concerned. Patience is the name of the game on this one. I would like to start seeing it go up sooner rather than later though of course.

I'm holding 800 shares. Team is very well credentialed and has the full backing of the Namibian government. Last Thursday/Friday was a good buying opportunity if you weren't already on board.

I expect a few more dips before we get the next catalyst (well #2, then the 2D seismic survey) so keep an eye out for a more favorable entry point if you want to jump in.

I wish the government hadn't forced their hand into releasing their well 1 results so early though, I wanted to keep accumulating at $3 per share!

I bought some when it was hovering around $2.

Hard to swallow buying more at $6. But things are progressing well, so I'd like to hold more shares if there's a good buy opportunity.

No less than one year unless it made some miraculous jump in the short run then I'd take some profits for sure. For now I'm done investing so it's just a set and forget about it (while still checking it every other hour).

Just to update, EGOC was granted a termination of the custodianship. As far as I can tell, it is ready for a fill in.

Can you explain a little more what this means or the opportunity it may present?
Spoony Love

It means their is a clean shell for a company to come in and buy it out. Rev Mergers are a quicker way to go public but any company doing so is waiting for the custodian to clean it up (no more claims to assets from vendors).

Once the custodian is terminated, the court is saying all liabilities from prior to the custodian process starting are now void, and there is no claim to assets. A company can now fall in under the shell and start trading publicly.

It is now on the shoulders of David Lazar to fill in the shell. He typically does not wait long and has someone lined up. look for any officer filings to get a clue as to what company is filling it.

I feel there are lots of private companies currently that could take this for a good ride.

Thanks for the explanation. So without being a financial adviser, good time to buy in your opinion?

edit: 88% BUY here. We've seen how that's gone with RGBP so far but food for thought:

I think if you aren't in, now is the bottom since there isn't much downward to go. As I mentioned in the big thread, it can all come down in a second because their isn't much down to go. Lots of upward pressure from news and the volume of sales seem to be pushing it up as well. I'm happy with where I'm at in this play and if for some reason this takes off, I'll be sitting pretty. Otherwise, I think it at least hits pennies and that's not shabby from this point.

I started loading up on Friday when it went below $5.

Before the announcement of the well results it wasn't really a stock worth owning too much of.

600 feet of oil shows is hard to argue with.

I am knowingly asking you to aim in the dark but please give two possible positive scenarios regarding price points. Should a company with a good track record, some cash reserves, good earnings, good leadership, and in the "right " industry "take over, what could it reach and how quickly? Additionally, if the above comes true any chances it becomes the next Monster beverages and sees prices over $10, or would that entail buybacks and such?

Bought 60K shares at .0067. Apologies in advance if the company ceases to exist by tomorrow's open.

I can't even begin to talk price point on these. Just watching for where the pressure is coming from. I don't think we have another Monster beverage on our hands but I think something in the .50 range is possible. When I look back at other RMs, they are maybe hitting .10 or thereabouts and then it's all up to the company who filled the shell from there. If you think it can get to 50 cents then that's a pretty decent return on the investment at today's price.

But when you consider the availability of some privates that may be looking to go public, I think there is some upward movement if they can get together. I think of someone like Whataburger that has recently been sold to an investment firm and the next stop is expansion. Not saying this is the shell for that but a company in a similar situation could be the fill. Because the biggest asset is having a free and clear shell. That's what Lazar got today.

The 8k was filed today for RGBP and specifically mentioned the board of directors looking for a buyout. If that happens, this stock is going to zoom up really quick. Very exciting!

Actually after reading more about buyouts, maybe we don't want that to happen. It's good in the short term but probably bad long term. I'm trying to find an example of a buyout that went well for the company's stock getting bought out.
