No new news yet on EGOC so why all the sorrow and regret?
It could end up being a nothing burger or it could still male a run. It could also be that rare OTC gem that uplists and takes off.

It doesn't happen often but it has happened. No reason yet to believe it can't .

what i'm doing is reading all of the information available to me. comparing the news you share as allegedly positive to the rest of it, there are red flags everywhere. you are wearing some thick emotional blinders with this one because of the money you've lost on paper. if you want to hold on and gamble the rest, that's your decision, but for me cutting losses and getting out while you still have value is almost always the better decision.
Definitely willing to let it go to zero. No emotional blinders on. I'd be a fool to sell before seeing what all of the new restricted shares are all about with a PR coming Tuesday or Wednesday and quarterly CC coming this Thursday. My thought it is if all of the restricted shares are simply going to SB, DP, LT, and any other employees and not acquisitions then how does that even benefit them if their shares are worthless in the event it goes to zero?

The office space in Vancouver is real as is the robotics facility in Kent, WA. 100% verified even by SB hating FLOW who should probably have a career as a PI at this point he's so obsessed.

If the company is a scam I find it odd that they were just picked up as a client by this highly reputable firm who is having success going after past toxic convertible note holders of $DPLS and are now doing the same for HPIL and specifically contacted FLOW yesterday and told him to stop tagging them in his tweets. He quickly obliged. Wont' lie-I expect tomorrow to be ugly though.

Oh yes. Very much so. But I'm also down a significant amount. I guess you could say I've been HUMBL'd. it's also why I refuse to recommend any stocks to anyone any longer. It's one thing to lose all of my money. A decided difference to lose other's money.

Ya down as well and just going to ride it out. The one guy I recommended this found that hindenburg article and passed. Oh the irony.

Anyway, hope they get that sidechain for low cost NFT's and they have some names to go with it.

No way!
I'm riding it ro see the end of March filings at a minimum and most likely til the wheels turn chrome or fall off.

Also, the preferred shares that were being held can no longer be sold. That is a positive alone.

I am with you. This is my lotto play (penny stocks and all) and will wait until at least 3/31. I actually take it as a good thing that they provided the notice... could have just let it rot if it was dead

Yep.

Per another board addressing that very topic.

"...in order to move forward with the future plans of the Company." This is the most important part of the Notice of Material Event/Supplemental Information disclosure.

It's why the latest line of attack from netmoney1999 makes no sense. Saying we never hear from them again. Do these people think before they type?

If the company was going to abandon the ticker, why file the disclosure? Why bother changing the name back on the SOS? They could have just walked away but didn't.

The shell was sold and custodianship was terminated by court order. Lazar doesn't have anything to do with it anymore.

RGBP keeps getting good PR and continues to hang out under a penny. A year ago they could tweet that their CEO was going shopping for office supplies and it would skyrocket. Ridiculous.

but at least the OTC feels pretty insulated from recent geopolitical events.

How did it get to $.0108 Fri and finish at $.088???
Folks still buying as the panicking sell. Share structure release tomorrow and end of 2021 filings on March 31. I have no clue what will happen but it is worth waiting imo.
