They shake out the weak holders. They bid low and then sale high into the ask. But all this seems to take place between themselves. There are almost always sellers and likely some trimming after seeing no movement today. And yes, their are some flipping this stock and even trying to get net free. But when it's right at the end of the day, it just seems that's MMs playing games.

I am expecting to see that pop back to .025 by the morning. I think someone got strung out there.

Yes, easier to control stock movement at the end of the day. Less variables. Plus their platforms to trade are much more responsive than retailers. All good, we wait for the 8k to drop and pink current.

Thanks, again I learned something.

Would it be dangerous or ill-advised to buy a little more now at these prices? I have a good bag with a cost basis under $.0095 after multiple buys but unsure if it is worth the risk with the 8k and deadline looming.

Not asking financial advice just an opinion.

I am not trying to advance any shares or flip anything but then again I haven't since I bought in. Just parked some dollars there and left it. With a reported conference this Thursday for investors in HK, I would say we are close. If nothing comes out this week I would think early next week.

Just my opinion and what I am thinking. You decide for yourself though.

Read this earlier. Any ideas or predictions how this affects EGOC?


"Ever since DiDi's IPO exploded in spectacular fashion, China has made its intentions clear what happens in Mainland China stays in Mainland China. The implicit message is that China's companies, data, money, and IPOs should stay on common ground.

Now, Chinese stocks listed in US markets are imploding. Since its February highs, one index tracking US-listed Chinese companies has tanked over 45.5%.

Unfortunately, things keep getting worse. Today, China announced sweeping changes to its education sector; the changes prohibit teaching firms from making profits, raising capital, or going public.

Consequently, Chinese education stocks have plungeeeed. Literally these companies are practically worthless right now.

As if China's regulatory involvement in tech and education isn't bad enough and it will likely continue."

I would say it's tough to trust any dictatorship so my flippant response would be who knows. I would guess that China is more concerned about education and major industries that help keep their people under communist control so I don't think EGOC would be high on their list but of course you never know. My bigger short term concern is them becoming pink sheet current but they're working on it. As many others have said, the 10k will bring a lot more clarity. As I stated before I treat these as lotto plays so I'm on board for the crazy ride even if that means $0, but hopefully we're all fighting for the EGOC license plate on our lambos haha

In comparsion, another company getting pimped on this thread is HPIL which has 600M outstanding. Two things that have potential to raise the stock's price are 1) when 8K filings occur, and 2) when the ticker name changes.

Just hit the trifecta regarding HPIL with everything in bold:

-Large, select investor share buy back August 17 - September 17

-All filings are done and cleared with OTC and awaiting final FINNRA approval to go current within "5-10 days"

-Ticker change to CYBT once uplisted to OTCQB. This has already been approved.

It is either weak hands or insiders pulling out knowing something? Hopefully just flippers, shorts, and the weak.

I think it's a lack of news. This thing only jumped on the addition of a new board member. So it feels like flaky investors or flippers. Don't forget the MMs want to push this thing down. There is supposedly a conference on Thursday for investors and I am guessing there will be news dropped that day. I'm thinking hard about throwing a few more bucks at it. It already has shown a move to .04s. That would be over 2x right now if it jumped back up there.

I know I said I wasn't adding and just holding, but if they drive this thing down further, I may just have to jump on some. If anybody sees anything, let us know please.

Anybody else in MSPC? It's the only other thing I hold. Got in at .0018 and it had been moving along nicely. I was up around 35%. They had a countdown to their website launch for the past two plus weeks.

Today it launched and they misspelled the word "Business" on their home page as "Bussiness" and then under the executive page they show Daniel Laplanla as the "SVP Busisness Development".

So they misspelled business two different ways and the stock went down 10% today. Needless to say I'm not feeling too good about their business any longer.

I am regularly watching egoc discussions on 2 other forums, plus here, and following OA and MM7 on Twitter...best way I've seen for information.

Any major news and I'll share as soon as I get it.

Stocks go up and stocks go down. We are still waiting on the 8k to drop and then to go current. Nothing has changed.

Opinions. Individual perspectives are important for this one and for future plays.

Given the understanding that this is a lotto, even if perhaps a slightly less of a shot in the dark, because of how we were made aware and the rumors.

1. What is too much to put into a penny stock? (One month salary, one week salary, etc.)
2. What is too much to put into EGOC? (Biden connection, OA heard about it, etc.)
3. If the 8k drops and it is seen as a positive and it goes pink current, will you buy more?
(If you firmly believe it has a chance to uplist $3)


Curious how my fellow Aggie Egocians think.

Edited to answer for myself
1. If picking blind no more than one week salary if just in one play.
2. An amount that sets you back if it hits zero so one month salary is ok if you get in early.
3. Might put another $500-$1,000 if after the news I can get in under $.20
