Likely because the three groups that are working together are finally indicating an actual working business model in some fashion.
This has been my hang up the whole time. I don't know what they do or provide, still don't, but maybe there is a glimmer of more than just a bunch of capital raising.
There may be a doubling early on today but I think we might settle around .03 by end of day. MM's have their ways of pushing it back down.

Personally, I plan to hold this through any restrictions placed on the stock from TD and others. If they do not go current in time, it is obviously a risk, but I also believe there are a lot of moving parts to get this stock current. Let's see what we have tomorrow. They need to get some financials out. Otherwise it just looks like a huge PR campaign.
That's what weighs heavy on my mind. However, part of my mind jumps on the treadmill with possibilities such as - they are raising lots of capital to show they have plentiful cash reserves to accompany the income; the paperwork and accounting is diverse and convoluted so it takes longer and thwy want to get it right.
i'm really not trying to be debbie downer, but don't forget about the other negative possibilities too. that's why getting net free is great, because then you don't need to worry about also losing what you risked. you can collect your initial investment and some profit even, then set it and forget it

It's true and honestly the smart way to play it. It's what I did with GVSI and it's worked out well as I wait on movement there as well. Again, don't let greed get the best of you and taking profit along the way is always smart.

It certainly looks like that is all they are doing at the moment. I understand the need for them to raise capital and create a pumped environment around the company, but I really want to see what the product is. I know they have eluded to it around the initial buyout of the shell but I have yet to actually see what they are providing either as a product or service. Maybe I am missing something.

2020 10-K was released yesterday? And apparently all 3 10-Q forms were released today, or at least received by someone today.
I am in the camp this thing is headed for a buy out. Maybe my prediction of an RGBP move first will happen. Who knows though. This OTC stuff is a wild ride.

I'm leaning more toward the .1-.15 range on this ticker for a buyout. But I think that will clearly all depend on who is buying it of course.
