it means that the stock is moving on low volume. Volume is the amount of stock traded on a given day. Float refers to number of outstanding shares. If there is a high amount of outstanding shares, it takes greater volume to move the needle. Look at HCMC for example, the number of outstanding shares is ridiculously high at 307 billion and it has a market cap of 277 million. The volume on HCMC is 767 million and it's moved downward at 5%. The greater the float/outstanding shares, the greater the volume needed to move the needle. Now let's look at HMBL, down 2% with volume of 4.23 million. It has 3.3 million shares outstanding with a market cap of 774 million. That means the float is locked up and it takes very little to move the needle. We don't exactly know what the outstanding shares and market cap will be with EGOC but Etrade has it at a 25.6 million market cap with 800 million shares outstanding. That's why I think EGOC's float is locked and it's outstanding shares is closer to 57 million than 800 million. The float is very nearly locked up already and with news like an 8k filing, could trigger massive buying volume on a low float stock like this that would send the price upward very quickly. A 50 million volume day would be 8 times higher in just one day with current levels. It's all very exciting.
They make decent retirement vehicles by the looks of the number of old folks driving around in them.Talon2DSO said:
I only have 70k shares of EGOC. Contemplating taking the loss in HMBL to buy more EGOC. This is in my Roth account so I can't touch it for 20 or so years. But I do have to say it's doing pretty good considering I opened this account with about $650.00 and haven't added anything to it. All growth has been organic. Sitting at just under $5,000 now. So enough to pay off a Kia would be huge for me

EGOC won't make me a millionaire but I'm hoping I get to sell enough covered calls by that point that we get there before I retire.

As the price goes up hopefully folks on here will be gauging the news and action and will post their opinions as to what might happen next (keep trending up or likely drop).
Perhaps by then OA will posting about it regularly.

We think a lot alike. Our 10% here will have to wait a bit but it will be paid. The way we see it, everything we earn isn't ours anyway. God doesn't intend us to be the recipient of the blessing but rather a PARTICIPANT in the blessing. Our responsibility is to pass it along as we are commanded to
