I am getting an ofd feeling about EGOC. The price drop has to mean something we don't know or aren't considering like a reverse split. I'm simply guessing but with news of paperwork having been filed and EGOC merely waiting for codes these price drops indicate something.

tiny volume, no one can buy this currently. We already have a look at the share structure and nothing has changed there. There are only 1 billion shares which would not make sense for a reverse merger. It's a dice roll with high variance still. I'm more worried about regulations from China. It'll either be heavily negative or heavily positive in that, China will either say yes we can be listed or no we will not list companies on foreign exchanges.

If I didn't have direct communication with Ms. Danforth, my tune would change. We just have to wait for the OTC now to review the application. We are good. New SEC rule states that companies that have started the process of getting current before the deadline are good as well. We just have to be patient. What's good is that look at the price movement on such crazy low volume. We are talking sub 1 million dollars traded and it bounces around like a pinball. This is good news for us. Have faith my friend. Again, high variance. Either big jump up or well, this is a big bust. Fun either way!

Calm down tiger. All good. This is the SEC rule coming into action. Don't worry.less bad companies will bring up the price for all good companies. HPIL though is a scam, I think.

EGOC back to a penny.
Added 1.5 million shares yesterday of HPIL my first time using Interactive Brokers. Had to do it in blocks of 500K per their platform at $25 per transaction fee. Got .0023 to fill.
Tomorrow is supposedly the day that revised filings and attorney letter get done leading into the shareholders call at 4 pm (of which Stephen Brown said there wouldn't be anymore after the last one and he's been saying current for months).
Granted we all have until the end of September deadline for all the non-currents but if he doesn't produce tomorrow It'll be another major letdown. This was supposed to be a forgone conclusion awhile ago.
We'll see what happens....

I'm obviously bullish as hell and have studied this company and all of the people involved inside out. I've said before if I'm wrong about this it'll be the most wrong I've ever been about anything in my life.
It's still green from when I brought it here and I'm down 30K after averaging up so much but I'm highly confident it will turn around before the deadline and hopefully that is tomorrow.
I've seen multiple red flags with not meeting deadlines so I'm not blind to what's going on but I'm also not in the know behind the scenes. Lots of promises made and not kept. I was just glad to get to 13 million shares yesterday with more powder ready for the morning.

EGOC isn't current either and went up 33% without the majority of people being able to buy. Getting yield or stop sign removed is all that matters right now. Then platforms can launch and PRs drop, in my humble/prayerful opinion.

My apologies. I didn't mean to sound so general. No one can buy the stock with a broker in the United States. Yes you can set up interactive brokers if you'd like but that's something a lot of investors are not going to do. As for HPIL, we have discussed the red flags already previously in the thread. No need to rehash it. I hope I am wrong about the play and congrats on the additional shares.

It depends on the broker. When TSNP became HMBL, it took a couple of days for E*TRADE.
Solid day so far EGOC. This could be a signal that pink current is around the corner. Folks loading the boats!

Yea most of these OTC companies merge with crap up and coming companies that don't amount to much. Miguel and Gold Quest have been in business for like 22 years and do hundreds of million dollars worth of deals regularly. Once the announcements and financials start coming in it could be really big. They should have announcement officially any day.

Just curious, they were supposed to announce the gold quest merger like 100+ days ago. Why has it not happened yet?

They had to clear up the share cancellation in court before it could become official. That was cleared up this week.

Also, IBKR is based in Connecticut with their bank is stationed on literally Wall Street, NY. That's where wire transfer goes. They also announced they are accepting crypto three days ago:

And lots of investors/gamblers on these OTCs already set up this account when we realized we were getting murdered by the non-buying capabilities thus equaling cheap shares.
*I only post the above to realize IBKR may be a good play as well but that's probably a discussion for the main stock thread.
For anyone else reading. it's so easy to setup the IBKR account but difficult to figure out how to buy on there. The most beautiful thing is that HPIL filing and letter are all done and the 9/28 deadline won't be an issue as I hope it's not for all the other tickers everyone is involved with here.
SouthPlatte-hang tight and you'll get a much bigger check in the mail. As the President, David Postula,said today on the call in person in Vancouver, we're in execution phase now.
edit: and if anybody else has any OTC tickers that are going to meet the deadline that have been bleeding bc of the bs SEC rules please share so I can buy them as well in 4 hours.

I'm in at just under .04 so my plan is to scrape profits around .10 and play the rest on the results of the business numbers. Basically I have it split into a "sell the news" investment and a "let it play out" with the remaining. I think PR release should drive the price towards a dime.
Well let's hope it heads back down to the .04 level within the week then as I'd like to join in on the fun.
What is that, three green days for EGOC now? I'll take it.
