Yeah, impatient investors did not like the last 8-k. If it goes below my basis I will consider adding more but for now I'm still above.
Do you periodically check for filings or will you review the EGOC 8-k filings after someone posts them?
A little of both but usually get beat to the punch. I make a habit of reading when they come out though.
I haven't checked this thread in a while, but EGOC looks great today.
I'm a small player compared to most of you, I only have 20k shares, but hell, if that gets to $20/share, I'll be up $400k.

I like reading the opinions of multiple people to see if they align or deviate in some manner. It helps make me better informed especially if from known/reliable sources.

What are people's thoughts on EGOC's pps potential? Is this a sell-at-dime stock?

$EGOC going to $20 is a pipe dream in my opinion. This talk is in response to the way MMs drove this stock down for a few days while retailers could not buy, and then miraculously it opens up for retail to buy again and they now have huge profits at this current price.

If I was a betting man, and as a penny stock holder I am gambling, I would think $RGBP gets there. They have actual assets in their patents and a buyout at $1 is very feasible.

I'm not an expert so take it with the grain of salt, but my understanding is that it means it needs to enter the Nasdaq (IPO of sorts) at $5 or more. I know they stated they want to be uplifted, but they don't have any actual operations right? How would they get to a $5 share price with no operations?

I'm reading that as $4 minimum bid. But keep in mind there are a lot of other requirements that need to happen to get listed as well. I suggest everyone look at the charts starting on page 6. They need $75 million in total assets, pretax earninging of $11M over 3 years, cash flow of $27M over 3 years, etc
Now that they are current Shanghai Yicheng Culture Communication Co needs to actually show that they are doing something to make money.
If the CEO really believes that he can be uplisted in 6 months then he will have already met all of the other criteria in the chart and we will see financial disclosures soon.
