I am down 35% today and 50% overall with my pennies. Been a rough go.

Should be soon. All the filings were in June but they are waiting on OTC's review. How are people selling if no one can buy the stock? Very odd.
Nobody can buy until they're current. Until then people can only sell. It's a crap rule.

I think it's closed to us retail investors but institutions still have the ability. I could be way off.
So then the question is, why would they buy something that has no value?
I would have bought back all my EGOC at .0061 where I had buy orders at (had they not been cancelled out due to the stupid rule). All for the lotto potential when they go current.
That's just it. I think this is an indication that institutions believe something is there.
With a drop like this where seemingly the only news out is the new rule, institutions know they can drive the price down by buying lower and lower. If news doesn't come out for a while, the price will be driven down further.
If there wasn't anything to EGOC, this thing would have already crashed as the rules have been in place for a few days anyway.
I'm just waiting on current.

Seems unfair that institutions or whoever have the ability to buy, but retail investors do not.
The different levels of the stock market and trading platforms are equally unfair but that's life. Other companies that filed paperwork in the middle of June are now current. We filed on the 23rd of June. All things being equal, that should put us at pink current this week. But all things are not equal. What's worse I believe is that all brokerages take varying times to allow to buy and sell. I saw this first hand with TSNP/HMBL. It took E*TRADE a couple of days.
This exactly. So nice of the SEC to have our best interest in mind allowing MMs to somehow crash all of these OTCs prior to market open and not even allow us retailers to purchase these incredible gifts at low prices.Brian Earl Spilner said:

This was the single worst day I've seen in my limited six months or so involved with these. Here are the numbers of a bunch I've either owned, still own, or have had on my watchlist:
HPIL -53
GVSI -33
EGOC -42
BRLL -38
CATV -18
LTNC -26
DLCR -42
ATIG -35
*Somehow the piggest POS of them all, RETC, was up +28% today (granted +28% up of next to zero isn't that hard to do).
With such limited access to buying between now and 9/28 I guess we should expect this to continue for all of the ones that can't become current.
