FWIW, this guy seems like a pretty humble OTC trader. He's been right on a number of stocks (not all), but never really pumps, backs up his posts with charts, and doesn't get into pissing matches.
The way I read his post is that he indicates that RGBP might top out around $0.07 or $0.08.
