I am praying this somehow hits where everyone on here needs, whether it be organically or meme-ishly.

Good luck to us and EGOC!

Never know with these...but imo, it will still run a bit more if it is crap and a lot more if it is company with a legitimate chance to uplist.

You rock buddy. Here's a song to highlight my mood on EGOC.

Wish I had held onto EGOC. I only had 60,000 shares and sold them at .0072. Didn't really think I had enough in it to make much a difference as I was liquidating about 15 different tickers to load the boat on HPIL. Glad to see everyone doing well with EGOC.

As for HPIL, it was definitely a great day for my 11.5 million shares after a bit of a rough patch. The company still hasn't produced a dollar of revenue but that all changes in two weeks with the first NFT auctions of Marilyn Monroe, Janis Joplin, and The Spice Girls to be hosted by Origin Protocol.

The gaming PR today was great and Gunfly will help put zippa.gg on the map but the share buy back open to select investors from 8/30-9/17 was even bigger.

Also, connect these dots. Ansys ($ANSS) is currently trading at $358 per share (we have an NDA signed with them regarding the Apogee D7 and its powertrain/self-charging battery) and Autodesk ($ADSK) is currently at $312.

Stephen Brown has stated that 4 of 10 partnerships he is working on are confirmed but not officially announced yet. The fact that this is still sub penny blows my mind but the lack of pink current is holding it back and that is it. Ticking time bomb imo.

HPIL:

Oh yeah, I forgot to add this from yesterday sent to a shareholder directly from CEO Stephen Brown. I choose to believe it is real because I have followed the source for quite some time now but take that fwiw:

edit: for some reason I can't get the screenshot to upload to imgur but the quote is as follows:

Quote:

We actually did receive correspondence this morning and FINRA have 3 more questions and I am answering them and sending them back today.

OTC is approved and completed and I actually paid the $3500 invoice for our annual fees and they said they will update once FINRA is done.

Thx, Stephen

I feel like I am personally responsible for the dip early this week (bought on Monday and got scared and dumped Wednesday) but now you have me wanting back in. Hopefully if I pull the trigger, it won't tank again.

I have bought as low as .0018 in early May and as high as .0092 the day it hit its AH and I still feel even the latter price was a complete steal regardless of the current SP.

I'm obviously all in so have reason to fully believe and trust the process and that's for everyone to decide on their own. At the very least I'd encourage anyone to keep a close eye on it. Could go back down 50% tomorrow and I wouldn't care in the least (although I would be pretty surprised).

If anyone is selling $EGOC, maybe consider a different approach. I feel like stop limits are getting shaken down right now. At the very end of yesterday this thing ran back to .03 after being down from the early peak. Let it ride, this thin should settle around .045-.05 until more news comes out. Just my opinion and what I think should be happening, not financial advice.

Now I'm doubting if I should jump in or not...

Alright I grabbed 7k shares at 0.0215. A nice even $150.

Let's see what this thing can do.

Posted on main thread for OA and the savants -

Given what we now know, as opposed to buying in the blind, what are the expectations?

Likely target under a dollar or a is there a good chance for an uplist?

I've been buying 2000 increments on the way down. Good way to get cost basis down a little as it runs south. Then hopefully have a good profit on the swing back up

I don't know that any one can really make an educated guess as to a good target given the lack of financial information or what the structure of the company looks like. I will simply tell you what my approach is given what we know that is out there.

I am not considering any additional action until we are approaching $1. If we get there, I might trim 5-10% of shares. If, and it's a big if, we rush $1, I will likely hold and try and find a peak and trim.

Once trimmed, there will be the real decision making going on at that point. If they have released financials or PR indicating what the company is looking like, then obviously that is helpful. I might be an all or nothing person at that point. If it looks shaky, then I will be out. if it looks like a viable business, I will hold.

This is a major captain obvious approach, but maybe it helps you make your decision.

Yes, thank you. I like to hear the approach of others based on their experiences and knowledge.

I'm a noob, got started after reading main thread in Jan. Appreciate all perspectives and strategies.

I would say I am right with you as far as experience. I'm new but have spent some time getting to know the $EGOC situation.

A little more impressions from others on EGOC:

"There are so many questions or more like details that will be coming shortly but I have tried to find that one negative just to be well rounded in my knowledge so far. I can not find one thing negative so far. The more I find just makes me more and more excited. I don't know if there will be a share reduction or has been by Lazar, I don't know if the company will do a buy back but here it is in a nut shell. The AS/ OS as we can last confirm is beyond good for a RM of this scale and will make us all very happy with our shares, VERY!! If we are dealing with a smaller AS than we think or the company does a buy back this will be the biggest stock play of anyone that is in it right now comparing stock to stock. I personally believe that based on what we know right now. If being excited about a stock makes us a pumper than so be it. I have my shares and this or any other stock board does not control stock price. It may be able to have very short term swings at best. I don't usually make stock price predictions short term but based on what we know 5.00 within 12 months Is very doable and maybe sooner."

I think he has a point with the filings to come and soon. Not sure about that lofty prediction but obviously, that would be more than an amazing turn of events. I also like that the TDA deadline is on my father's birthday. Sounds cool to me!

What exactly would a buy back mean share and price wise?
Tibbers
How long do you want to ignore this user?
Company decides to reduce the outstanding shares amount by buying back shares and holding them. Lots of companies do this when they feel their company is undervalued.
Spoony Love

As I understand, it's a companies use of capital to reduce the number of shares available. This can in turn increase the PPS but I think there are some indications from their stated goals of why they would do this.

By the way, the above note on share buyback is simply someone's opinion. I haven't seen anything about Pangbo considering this option.

How is the price of the buyback determined and what is a best guess price? Buyback unsold shares or a percentage of all holder's shares?

The company will over time buy back shares at whatever the trading price of the shares is. They'll usually announce how much in dollar value they plan to use to purchase shares. And it is not in one big buy either. At least in my experience that's what I've seen.

Ok, are we forced to sell or can we hold? If we must/should sell do we sell all or a percentage, amd is it our choice?

Thanks!!

I have a good amount, wish it was more, but happy. I'm new to managing my own trading accounts and want to make the best decisions I can when it comes time to sell and holding. I understand it is a case by case scenario and nobody can predict price highs and movements.
Spoony Love

They can do it two ways:

By shares on the open market but state how much they intend to put forward in buying shares.

Offer the opportunity for shareholders to say how much they would sale and the price. They then can combine what price and share count from offers. Again they will state how much capital they intend to spend.

Either way you can hold unless you offer up in the second option and they take it.

I don't think you will see a buy back. EGOC only has 57 Million shares outstanding. That's not a lot.

In comparsion, another company getting pimped on this thread is HPIL which has 600M outstanding. Two things that have potential to raise the stock's price are 1) when 8K filings occur, and 2) when the ticker name changes.

I think in the short term you will see quick pops in the stock price when both of those things happen and I think buying now, those two times might be good oppurtunities to go net free/take a profit.

The amount of shares outstanding is the very attractive part of EGOC. With the network that Pangbo is claiming, it shouldn't be hard for them to get it to $1. So over that doesn't seem impossible.

But all we have is good PR from a very unknown "company"

I watched the last three minutes of EGOC and watched it jump from no change to down 10%, 5 different times with in that time frame. Somebody just made off like a bandit somehow. Those MMs are crafty creatures.

Flipping it?..having reserve cash on the side, sell high, buy back low immediately and profit? Or something else.

Tibbers

very interesting finish for sure. I love how low the OS are. Float appears to be locked and loaded. All we need are the filings to come in. Very exciting month upcoming!
