That's the problem with pennies. It's mostly rumor and speculation. The ticker change is just obvious to me. The former company, Energy One Corp (EGOC), is a failed company. Any buisnessman worth a damn wants to seperate themselves from the old image and create a ticker that alligns with the image of their company. So I've seen posted by others about the ticker change but I can't find any information to corroborate that notion. I've heard we are waiting on FINRA but I can't seem to find any info that solidifies that claim. Do y'all have access to that info?

Disastrous start to the day for me in the pennies. Might be my worst single day since I started this. Fortunately the majority of my retirement is in mutual funds which continue to do well. I'm convinced that unless you have lucky timing or get insider knowledge, this is absolutely no way to live. This stuff just pisses me off.

Anybody in ELEK? A guy on the HPIL board alerted it on 11/11 and I actually saw his post that day. It was at .25 when he brought it up. Have a patent for an EV battery and they are apparently shopping it to major EV players.
I wish I had listened to that guy. It went from .3 at open this morning to as high as $2.28 today. That's the first OTC I've personally seen make an insane spike like that and the company was founded just last December and only has 103 watchers on Stocktwits. Incredible.
edit: $2.66 now and +671% on the day. If only that was HPIL I would have woken up to an extra 20 million dollars in my account out of nowhere and would have fainted. Instead we can't even get the freaking filings correct after five tries. Sigh.

That guy has been in HPIL since April. I've seen him ask questions on our conference calls. It's been an extremely rough ride. A lot of potential but I went from up 65K on it to currently down 35K. Haven't sold a single share and see a ton of upside but the share structure is horrible for now and the CEO has shot himself (along with us) in the foot multiple times by announcing deadlines and missing them all and still struggling to get the filings right for Pink current.gigemJTH12 said:

ELEK just hit $3.50! I think it's running so hard today because it was announced that a majority shareholder is a billionaire real estate developer who has worked on multiple Trump Towers. It's up almost 900% today as of this post on only 2.11 million volume I believe. Insanity.
edit: hit $3.87 over +1000% on the day. Company is less than a year old and has a shell icon on otcmarkets.com

I assume it's a function of both instilling investor confidence when a multi-billionaire buys up over half the shares + good SS to begin with. Will be super interesting to see what it does tomorrow. Doesn't seem like a classic P&D since it held its gains throughout the day and only continued to increase into close. We shall see.
The tech sounds very similar to what is under development in HPIL/Apogee Dynamics with a battery that doesn't need constant charging but I haven't done much research on it yet like I should have 5 days ago.
