Want to ask same question.

Not a lot of movement considering the second to last major catalyst (pink current). Perhaps that news was baked in or something else negative is looming.

Perhaps a combination and we sit tight until filings that reveal (Pangbo) financials and products/services?

I honestly don't know how they're going to be affected in the event of a buy out or licensing agreements. There is definitely an issue with common share counts but I believe the preferred were put in place as a way to prevent hostile takeover. Can't tell you much more than that.

EGOC folks, Stocktwits people are saying there was a name change for EGOC and some are speculating it's to create a roll up for all of Pangbo's subsidiaries. They are assuming it will help achieve the needed pps for NASDAQ uplisting. Any of y'all have more information or thoughts on this?

I got nothing, and based on the amount of information EGOC has released I would say stocktwits doesn't have much more than I do.

That said, there definately is a name change and ticker change coming in the future. You will likely see a price run up around that (at least all the SPACs I follow have so far) AND they will have to be releasing some financial info at some point. When that happens we will have a get a much better idea of structure and income.

I'm not holding by breath for NASDAQ listing yet. Maybe I just too much of a cynic.

no to rain on any parade but I called issuer direct and they said they hadn't heard of a name change with energy one. They said it's not impossible and sometimes it takes 2 months for it all to be official and that's when they'd be notified. They had no idea basically.

So after looking around I think the claims of a name change are coming from the Nevada business portal where EGOC's entity name is now "China Yicheng Technology Group Limited". I say now but I have no idea what it has been. However, under the Name History Details section there was a filing on 10/19/2021 and the name of the entity at that time was Energy 1 Corporation. I'm going to attempt to attach an image showing this. There is also a filing number which I'm sure has more information about it, but I can't figure out how to search for that filing number.

Check out ICTY. Shell, Pink Current, merger candidate. Supposedly it's going to win a big court case about cancelling 1.6 billion of outstanding shares.

I got in at 21, hit 30 before settling at 24. Could be a huge runner tomorrow. Or not.

Not gonna lie, this is very tempting right now. The price is almost in that highlighted area.

Nov 15 is a date we could all find out what the company is worth. Who knows, it may be nothing, it may be a lot.

I check RGBP daily but never researched what it does. But this is the same guy that told people to get out in the $0.07 or $0.08 range (before it got even close to that) and he was on point.

I can tell you they hold several patents. The big one though is NRF26 patent related to cancer treatments.

It's complex but is an important step in treating cancer with MRNA technology. That's about all I understand at this point.

I think it will make a strong move soon and I am basing that on the last 8-k release stating they are basically putting a valuation on their patents. Fingers crossed.
