So far I'm 1st in my bar league (out of 37 people), but just 4th in my work league. I'm the only one in the top 20 in the bar league who has Florida winning it all.

I don't think anybody disagrees with Florida right now. Doesn't mean they'll win, though.

Me too. That was 2018. I enjoyed that too. UNC was national runner up in 2016, the champs in 2017, and playing with house money in 2018. That game wasn't as enjoyable as the 1980 game in Denton, though.

Troy is coached by Scott Cross who was the h.c. at UTA for about 10 seasons before being fired. He had some early success there and now has Troy playing in the NCAA's. He's 50 years old and could be a real find for a decent major program looking for a coach.

I mostly want Kentucky to lose because it would be hilarious that that fan base turned on Calipari for being a regular season hero but not getting it done in the tournament and then his first year at Arkansas they barely get into the field but go further than Kentucky.

He was a coach I thought might be an option for A&M at some point, as I think we should be always keeping an eye on the up and coming coaches a tier down from us as future options.

My typical year, and I haven't watched a single game all year (probably 6-10 minutes total of college hoops). But I still fill out the EXACT SAME bracket: looks like I'm going to run the table first 2 days in the East, and nearly that in the South (almost picked Creighton, too). But the other two regions look like I bled on their screen.

I can't believe this happens no matter what, whether I'm paying attention or forgot the tournament was even going on. Heck, the only reason I put up a bracket was a firm I do work for invited me and they're giving out money! If New Mexico hangs on and the higher seeds win the rest of the games tonight, I'll be in the top 6 out of 80-something. The 2 picks I regret -- Creighton and 'Zaga, and the other I *thought* about -- Drake -- would easily put me at number 1.

Oh, well. We'll see what happens over the weekend. If I crash, remember me well.

I absolutely love Fears as a player. Lost in the talk about how we let guys set career records in threes is how good we usually defend their best player. We absolutely shut down Fears and I think hes one of the better players in college basketball.

We are one median Bryant University basketball game away from from all 16 seeds one through four advancing without even being seriously challenged.

I can't remember a upset free first round. But I don't really remember anything before 2002.
