Refs are going to foul out all of the Coogs starting lineup before the game is over.
Almost like the ref waited for the ball to come out to determine if he was going to blow the whistle on that play.
I don't think they're even going to make it that long. Though the fouling might help Houston.

Calling fouls only when the shot is missed is such a wierd and common thing.
In basketball? I could understand it being capable in baseball, but AI will destroy humanity long before it could EVER understand the nuances of officiating a basketball game…LETTUCE PRAY said:

Lots of away from the ball fouls this half. But the over-the-back foul a minute ago wasn't a foul in the first half. Some of the extra whistles are due to tired players, though. That was Clayton's first driving lane all night.

Refs taking over
It would be nice if we could use visual tracking systems for things like time, goaltending, in/out calls, three seconds, 2/3 pt calls. Those are things technology can do now and let the refs focus more on other things.

Man. This board complains about the officiating waaayyy too much. Florida was playing out of control. Golden got a time out. Settled them down and they got back in it. Two great teams. I'm not sure why it's the refs that got Florida back in this. Seemed like pretty damn good play.

This is spot on as all fouls are not created equal. If everything that is technically a foul were called, no one would have enough players to finish a game.

I don't think they had an agenda. They just let way too much go in the first half because it's the national championship game.
Florida has run that play all game and UH still doesn't have an answer
