Which judge?

The immigration judge that's actually in charge of his immigration adjudication? Or the judge that has no real jurisdiction that the lawyers keep going to?

DHS now plans to deport Abrego Garcia to Ghana - ABC News https://share.google/maafQrvLRg5bzHVjG

The Department of Homeland Security said it now plans to deport Kilmar Abrego Garcia to Ghana, according to a notice from the agency to his attorneys.

...

Attorneys for Abrego Garcia will be in court on Friday for an evidentiary hearing in which government witnesses are expected to testify about the steps taken to remove him to Eswatini or elsewhere.

...

After being released into the custody of his brother in Maryland pending trial, he was again detained by immigration authorities, who indicated their intention to deport him.

Last week, an immigration judge denied a motion by Abrego Garcia's attorneys to reopen his immigration case.

The Trump DOJ filed the case. They may disagree!

Haha, I was a bit pithy in my reply, sorry about that. But he has federal public defenders in the Tennessee case, and those offices are funded by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, but the Defender Services Office ran out of money for last fiscal year in early July, so unless his public defenders are from the local federal public defender office, they've essentially been working for free since then.

This guy has had multiple immigration teals and has been issued multiple orders of removal. Their BS defense began with he couldn't go back to his homeland of El Salvador because he feared for his life from a rival gang that no longer exists and when it was established he really wasn't in fear for his life from the non existent gang, he suddenly wasn't ever a gang member just a prospect yet he was inked up so that claim is very suspect however ICE decided to sent him elsewhere and that wasn't good enough and now they are arguing vindictive prosecution, WTF happened to just using the original two removal orders send him elsewhere other than El Salvador because the immigration appeals court denied his phony asylum claim that was way past its expiration date because he had never claimed asylum when he snuck into the country originally years ago.

The prison that he was originally taken to is a life sentence. You are in a cell with 100 other prisoners, the lights never go out.

Because of that it is safe to go outside at night.

US has rules about cruel and unusual punishment, so we can't do that, but we need harsher sentencing to clean up liberal cities, but that's off topic

Per 1912.8 U.S.C 1326 if a felon has been deported and re enters without permission of Secretary of State it is punishable by removal and/or up to 20 years in prison then deportation.

I'm pretty sure the 8th amendment only applies to people within the boundaries of the US. When he was deported to his home country he has no 8th amendment protection. What they do at CECOT falls under the jurisdiction of El Salvador. He's turned over to El Salvadoran authorities and they transported him to CECOT. And then he was transferred to a different medium security facility where he stayed and where that idiot Van Hollen visited him. So spare me with the cruel and unusual BS

Here's what I have found

Current Representation (retained in June 2025): A team from two firmsHecker Fink LLP (Sean Hecker and Jenna Dabbs, New York-based) and Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison (Rascoe Dean, Nashville-based).

Funding through a public crowdfunding efforts organized by the National Day Laborer Organizing Network (NDLON) on behalf of Garca's girlfriend, Jennifer Vasquez Sura. As of June 2025, this raised over $265,000 via online donations to cover high private attorney fees (estimated $700$1,500 per hour per attorney). Additional support comes from a dedicated "Kilmar Defense Fund" managed by Murray Osorio PLLC, an immigration NGO firm handling related aspects, which explicitly solicits contributions for legal fees (non-tax-deductible, with donors' names and amounts shared with the family), but additionally gets funding from Amnesty International.

Additional funding for the lead criminal firm (Hecker Fink LLP) received $7 million from a Reid Hoffman-linked nonprofit (Civil Law Project) that was also used to fund E. Jean Carroll's lawsuits against Donald Trump, and that funding has shifted to the Garcia case.

Was that potentially against the crowdfunding site's TOS?

There are a number of crimes that they can't be used to crowdfund for. So, by using the girlfriend to bypass that restriction, it might be some type of fraud.

You cannot possibly despise every living modern liberal enough. They are either brainwashed to the point of being deliberately obtuse and nonsensical in their positions, or downright evil and fueled entirely by irrational levels of hatred and bitterness. Majority being the latter.

I honestly always believed that Jesus permanently destroyed Satan, and that there was no anti-Christ or demonic forces out there lurking about, but the existence, actions, and the consistently evil and diabolical nature of modern liberals makes me question all of that.

Its not even vindictive. It's just that he's allowed himself to become the battleground for a legal proxy war. Justice doesn't back down just because dark money shows up in a gangster's corner.
