we should.

really doesn't make a difference as Poland is also in NATO

so if they are attacking US bases it is nuclear war anyway

In all seriousness I question if he really has a leg to stand on here, but as with the stories that the UAE/Qatar were forbidding us from using our bases to launch attacks on Iran, it's another example of our cowardly so-called friends thinking they have authority to dictate US policy after doing nothing but sniping at American people for electing Trump again for the past year. What is Starmer going to do if Trump just ignores him? Nada.


Trump should announce the planned closure of Fairfield anyway, and removal of all US troops/weapons from the UK. We have something like 12,000 airmen/soldiers there and the bases cost a fortune to operate/maintain. And of course get out of nato.

This needs to be posted in the Greenland thread from a couple of weeks ago. All those people that blasted Trump for making moves need to have their noses rubbed in the reason why we cant count on Europe.

UK continues to be strategic to patrol those waters around the UK, also airfields to land our planes. That partnership will never stop.

I am guess it will be 3 days until there is a chorus of Debbie downers downplaying any success.

…..just waiting for the bombs to drop early. I seriously doubt there is enough movement to warrant another 2 weeks.

NOTAM issued which closes the airport in Sofia, Bulgaria in the early morning hours of 2/23 and 2/24, except for military traffic. We have multiple KC-135s positioned there now. In the absence of other info, that's a timeframe to pay attention to...

The Air Force has the cushiest food and accommodations for sure. Other than the pilots it seems like a big civilian company where everybody accidentally wore the same outfit to work.

How many of those munitions would be effective against an air campaign before they were destroyed by the same? Agree that it's unlikely, but the mullahs must know that they cannot defeat the USA & Israel with conventional warfare and they have to be thinking about what/anything they can do to buy more time.
