Do the patients my wife is rehabilitating count or does she have to be lunch buddies with them first? They run the full range of age and medical backgrounds though vast majority are/were unvaccinated.
So much for Governor Abbott's executive order saying schools cannot force kids to wear masksSoupNazi2001 said:As a parent, resident and as your Dallas County Judge, I am so proud of @dallasschools for protecting students and staff! Their actions will lead to more hospital bed space for ANY condition in North Texas.

For anyone going to the board meetings tonight.
I would present the points from the following article.
The case against mask for kids written by:
Dr. Makary is a professor at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, editor-in-chief of Medpage Today and author of "The Price We Pay". Dr. Meissner is chief of pediatric infectious diseases at Tufts Children's Hospital
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.wsj.com/amp/articles/masks-children-parenting-schools-mandates-covid-19-coronavirus-pandemic-biden-administration-cdc-11628432716
"CDC reports that for the week of July 31 the rate of hospitalization with Covid for children 5 to 17 was 0.5 per 100,000"
Statistically RISD will likely not have one student hospitalized from Covid.

I suck at math....based on that, assuming, weekly and assuming lets just say 50K students (i know its less), then would a school district expect 1 hospitalization per month (4 weeks)
your assuming they all have COVID. That's the rate for kids WITH covid.

Good strategy. Infect and kill all the board members so they can't vote.
