Fascinating problem today.
Do I root for Chelsea to win, meaning City control their own destiny for the title and that Arsenal would be guilty of ****ting the bed?
Or do I root for Arsenal to win, pushing Chelsea 6 points back of us in the race for top 4 all while keeping Arsenal in front for now?

Root for a tie.

Yeah, he's definitely nearing the age where if he doesn't make a leap in the next season or two, he's highly unlikely to do so.
As an aside...
...young, talented players are obviously confident enough to back themselves but I have no idea why so many choose Chelsea when their strategy is clear. Buy 3+ young phenoms for each position, give them all a short rope to succeed, maybe keep one of them if they manage to perform, otherwise flip all of them a few seasons later for a transfer profit after getting minimal playing time to develop.
Garnacho is going to be shown the door soon...maybe as soon as this summer. Chelsea loves a young, talent who doesn't have someone providing good guidance in his inner circle. Garnacho and Delap's cut rate price were at least as appealing to Chelsea as their actual talent. They're stock traders.
