They should, but I really hope they don't. I want to see Durant/Westbrook/Ibaka all top 36 minutes. Durant could still play 45, Westbrook could play 40.

Fouls are already in favor of San Antonio. SA has been called for 5 fewer fouls and shot 4 more free throws.

Free throws through a little more than 3 quarters are pretty even this game. COMPLETELY unlike games 3 and 4.

Free throws are comparable and the result is the Spurs are heading towards another blow out. It really is about that simple. Rebounds, turnovers and turnovers help too, but those are all connected.
If Diaw was confident in his first post move I think he might actually be effective. But he makes a move and then gives the defender time to react. He's like that old guy in the gym whose not athletic, just crafty. After you see him play you know he's 4 pump fakes away from shooting when he gets the ball.
Number of fouls isn't the point... It's the fact that tonight it should have been a very large discrepancy with the Spurs getting a lot more FTs than OKC. Too many gimme calls for OKC.

If you think the free throw differential was the biggest difference in the last 2, then I don't know what to tell you.

Man, y'all are being brutal on Duncan and diaw. They were both huge tonight.
The way the games were called absolutely was the reason.

Diaw was a major factor tonight! Guy has straight up balled tonight!
Diaw is doing fine in the post. If he takes it straight up, he gets rejected most of the time. He's short. Instead, he punishes the defender, makes them play longer, and usually ends up with either a nice shot or a pass to an open shooter or cutter.
No way this OKC bunch outscored the Spurs.
