Can you please let us know what those actions are? You have claimed this multiple times on this thread but have yet to provide any specifics.

He wants gov on the right but smaller, and won't vote for big gov on the right, therefore he must be a Democrat.

I'm about as non-MAGA as one can be (get TDS accusations tossed at me all the time from the actual MAGAs) and I want Massie gone not because of Trump, but because he has aligned himself with the Democrats on almost everything that matters.

Who are his supporters?

Democrats/Leftists
Epsteiners (because they all want is to get Trump via Epstein)
Antisemites

Massie is nothing but another Liz Cheney or Adam Kinzinger; a useful idiot for the Democrats to sow trouble in the GOP.
"If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves." - Sir Winston Churchill

and there it is can't win the argument on the merits so accuse people of being antisemites.

It is really funny how no one one this board has complained once about Massie for the last 14 years. It is only when he has held them to the standard of what they campaigned on has he become a pariah. It is sad how the drain the swamp crowd has become the complete embodiment of it.

There are LITERALLY dozens of posts ON THE MERITS of why Massie sucks and is a democrat and RINO -

IN THIS VERY THREAD.

can you not read?

President Trump has never called Massie an anti-semite but blasts him all the time as a RINO backstabbing democrat.

sounds like you are just like Massie- blaming the Joooos because you can't defend Massie on the merits.

No reason to take pot shots at this point at each other. It's probably very close to a coin flip, imho.

Both sides had plenty of money. The youth vote will either turn out, or they won't for the incumbent.

that entire facile stupid argument assumes that once someone supports a candidate-

they have to vote for that same candidate the rest of their lives no matter how much that candidate has changed

their positions and voted against your own interests?!?!

there is literally no intelligent human being who would ever do that.

I heard Joey Jones make a comment this weekend on folks like Paul and Massie.

Fiscal conservatism is not winning political strategy in America. People of all sorts like their entitlements and government projects and there is not popular support amongst voters for real change.

Instead it's populist conservatism led by Trump / MAGA that focuses on broad but selected subset of conservative ideals.

Nixon's "silent majority", Reagan's approach of conservatism and Hollywood polished communication, and such. Heck, even your Ross Perots and Tea Party follow this, but also happened to include fiscal conservatism which does rise in popularity at times and can have an impact. The DOGE efforts and the continue focus on fraud show there is still much support for this.

BUT… Massie is not trying to find common ground. He is planting a "look at me" flag in the ground and espousing comments and dissent against critical and undermining to the party he is part of who happens to also be the party in power.

Instead of working with others and compromising, which is the basis of having different houses of congress, separation of powers and elections every two years, Massie stokes, he'll demands, division.

And now it seems he may no longer even enjoy popular support amongst "conservative" minded voters in his district.

If you cannot see that he is a problem and why, then it may be time to rethink your understanding of conservatism overall, the party structure of our national erections, and the concept that our system of government REQUIRES compromise.

Massie seems to only compromise when it's time to latch on to the Dems so he can "score a point for Team Massie".

One of the big lies pushed is that Trump's opposition to Massie is based on Epstein.

Here is the first time Trump mentioned him:

Quote:

Congressman" Thomas Massie voted to delay the Debt Ceiling Bill from the Biden Administration to the Trump Administration (from September before the Election, to June after the Election!), without getting anything for this horrendously stupid move When Republicans could have gotten EVERYTHING they wanted. He additionally voted to delay the current Budget Disaster from the Biden Administration to the Trump Administration. I was running for Office at the time, doing my thing, and when I heard about this, it was, quite simply, hard to believe A catastrophic mistake! Now, and virtually on every other vote, he's a very simple, "NO." He can't even approve a Continuing Resolution when he approved them many times during his career as a "Congressman." Thomas Massie is a GRANDSTANDER, and the Great People of Kentucky are going to be watching a very interesting Primary in the not too distant future!

ZERO Epstein.

Trump doesn't like him because Massie helps Democrats more than he helps Republicans.

Weird so many "conservatives" like Massie doing that!

And we like the pile of garbage that the Republican Congress has given us since being in power? They can all congratulate each other along with Trump when he is finally done and leaves the country worth with a 50 TRILLION hole.

If Trump actually brought a fight to the Swamp like he promised.
