It's not going to be close. It will be 10-15, imho. I was hoping the Dems would invest/burn some significant soft money ($15-20 million) in the scam artist but I am not seeing that happening at this point. They are going to focus on Maine/Michigan/Georgia/NH and elsewhere, imho.

This…I'm a huge proponent of legalization! But trying to declare Paxton as a key hold up in it is nonsensical! He has a duty to sue the **** out of cities/municipalities that try to skirt state law. It is imperative for maintaining state sovereignty over the municipalities! It cannot be that local governments have the ability to override state law!

The city cannot usurp state law. You're mad about the position. I get it. I'm not a fan of it either. But Paxton did exactly what he was elected to do and what his duties as State AG required him to do. His job is to enforce the law as AG, not to make the law.

Your argument is nonsensical and you're wrapped up in your personal feels on the matter.

He did his job that he was elected to do. That's why he's getting my vote and many others on November.
