I was going to say he is a known Adulterer so that whole
Christian conservative goes out of the window.

And Talarico supports trans children, so that throws all of Christianity out the window for him.

Absolutely, cuz Jesus was like "let all the children come to me... except those ones"

There is no such thing as trans children. Nice straw man. Good lord.

When do trans people become trans people?

No such thing as "trans." They are mentally ill and need help, both psychologically and spiritually, the latter not by someone like Talarico.

The big problem we face is that Abbott has made too many cuts to mental health programs in our state. Not enough money for helping treat the mental health of trans kids.

Depends on whether you consider slandering The Bible as corruption I guess.

You just went full theocracy. Never go full theocracy.

He asked a question and I answered it. Do you think that preaching falsities about The Bible is more or less corrupt than cheating on your spouse? Because they're both a sin last time I checked. Of you want to split religion and politics fine, then my answer will always be policies. I think we all know what policies that Talafreako would try and push forward…..no thanks

I think "falsities about the bible" is your own religious belief, as is whatever you define "sin". Corruption is a pretty straightforward definition however that doesn't require intervention by invisible sky fairies.

You might not like it but the Bible is written and not up for false interpretations. It is as if you want to say that the Great Gatsby is actually set in Houston, that is just incorrect regardless of how you feel about the writing.

The medical and scientific community disagrees with you, but since that clearly doesn't matter to you perhaps we should consult the flying spaghetti monster.

No decent doctor whatever endorse that. You can get a lot of kooks to say what you want, really ****ty doctors that should not have medical licenses, but no real person of science really pushes this stuff. And if they do, they're just as mentally ill as the people who think they can change their sex. It's a shame we have anyone like that in the medical profession.

It's disgusting and it actually goes against the science. These people have a mental illness. They can live however they want, they can dress however they want, but if they truly believe they can change their sex, they are mentally ill and so are the doctors that encourage this.
I don’t get enough credit for the things I manage not to say.

However, following his experience in the first trial, the child made clear that he would not voluntarily testify at a second trial … the child emphasized that he preferred to move on with his life and prioritize his mental and emotional health over subjection to the unimaginably difficult position of once again testifying against the man who abused him,"

Soooo it's a good thing the self admitted pedophile was released because of a hung jury? That's your argument?

"Hoffman pleaded guilty in April to indecent assault and displaying harmful materials to a minor for sexually abusing his son's close friend repeatedly over a three-year period"

Did you read the next paragraph? The child did not want to testify again. He didn't want to go through a trial again he said he just wanted to go on with his life. So do you think he should've been forced to do that even though he said he didn't want to? It's funny how you just talked about part of the article and not the real meat of it. Quit lying. It's pathetic.

And I know you won't reply to this because you know you're ****ing wrong. Good to know that you wanna force children to relive their horrors over and over and over again.

I dare you to reply to me.

Here I'll post it again so you can read it. since apparently you just completely ignored it.

You're patently wrong. Try going to a church that's even further deep into the fundie spectrum and maybe your eyes will open. If the evangelical theocracy suddenly came to be then our political parties wouldn't be split by differences in beliefs of marginal tax rates but by whether one accepts that having a vagina disqualifies you from preaching.

The problem with mental illness is thinking it's fixed by government providing services. The only service to provide is to lock mentally ill people up so people can enjoy their lives without dealing with other's mental issues.

Bullcrap!

Gas was double what it is today during the Biden administration, and loyal Dems didn't seem to care.

No one on the left wants to ask the 'are you better off today than you were four years ago' question, because for most people, it's an easy and obvious question.

Part of the reason Dems will likely fail this fall is that they are working so hard to fabricate the idea of unprecedented hard times, and people remember recent history...

Also missing in this interview is the lisp and feminine demeanor he brought forward in the interview which he states his love for trans kids. He has been advised to drop that for a few months. Probably see some staged photos on the ranch with a Marlboro before this is all said and done.

You'd be far better off just saying you, as a non Christian, don't care about what the Bible says or what someone else says about it instead of trying to criticize another about something you clearly have never read.

Distorting scripture to your own message is explicitly a sin in the Bible. Talarico claims to follow the Bible despite doing exactly that. That's spiritual corruption to the major voting block of Christians, regardless of your belief in Christianity. It matters.

Some of the worst offenses against mankind has come out of the medical and scientific community, or have you forgotten the most recent of these, Covid?

One is born either male or female (other than those statistically few born with both types of sex organs). One does not "become" anything after sex is determined at conception. If a dude wakes up one day and thinks he is a girl, he is not and never will be no matter how many dresses he puts on or even if he cuts off his wanker. It is a mental illness that needs to be treated.
