Back-nine golf, which will have 24/7 golf bays available, is coming to that new center near Texas and 2818 (called the Creek Place).
It joins Haraz Coffee House, Lapel's Dry Cleaners, Aggieland Orthodontics, Nail Soul, and Dougherty Dental Group,

They presented a plan for an awesome park for 2.7m and I told them we budgeted 5m so go back and make it more. Really?

Construction on The Range has started. It is expected to finish in February. The Range will have a driving range, eight pickleball courts, and a courtyard with 12 cornhole stations.

Raising prices is not the only way. Product mix, reducing other expenses, etc can increase profits without raising prices.

You must be one of the successful owners. Most restaurants I've have doubled and tripled their prices, can't keep good help (maybe due to pay, maybe workers just don't care to show up, other?).

And it's easier to accept the annoyance of getting there if you are going to be a few hours. It's not worth it just to get lunch
Why are there 2 Fuegos? What's in the Pizza Hut Fuegos? I've never been in there. I figured it was VIP or something.

Like I said, it's definitely worth the fuss if you are going to be there longer. I never went to Fox & Hound to just have a meal and leave. Better options over there for a quick lunch.

$2 Pint night at Fox and Hound on Thursdays were incredible out on the patio.
I know that my professional insurance agent was in those offices years ago but has moved. Agreed, I loved the MNF bingo, but didn't go for a quick meal.
My personal one was as well.

Yep. Fun place, lasted longer there than most. Had some great times and pool games there.
Is the work going on between Southwest and 2818 (heading toward 2818) a start to the widening of 6 or something else? (apologies if this was a previous discussion.)
