W&M definitely is on the smaller side….felt like they trended much smaller year over year before finally settling with today's wing.

Their sauce and crispness is very hard to beat.

W&M best wing sauce (medium garlic parm is my go to) but smallest wing.
My go to at Pluckers, Anchor, and Wing Stop is the Cajun dry rub.
Wing Stop has best ranch but worst service.

Haven't set foot in a BWW in probably a decade.

I will go there soon and report back. I've been there only once for food, but on the Hot Dog recommendation. But I've heard about these wings enough that it's time to give it a try.

Triple fried - I assume it's battered? If so, I'll have to wait until my current diet subsides.

I dont think they have batter. If they do it is very light.

Also, Grand Station actually has a really good pretzel.

I don't remember if you can get cheese at the Brauhaus but they have an excellent pretzel.

Carneys and The Station scratch the wings itch for me, esp the latter.

There is no meat on the W&M wings so it must have just been the sauce and dip y'all were judging. Willies, Angry Elephant, Walkons, Wingstop just a few off the top of my head that are much better. Pluckers wings are better but their service sucks so bad (3x) we don't go anymore.

Dang. I want to come just to try the fresh flour and corn tortillas. That menu looks tasty. I know taco joints are a dime a dozen in this town and it's competitive as hell but that looks like a nice tight menu. Good job!

Just curious. Does the "steak boss" have any steak on it?

Lol yes. In a drive thru application, we strive to declutter the menu as possible for readability/efficiency. So, if a major component is listed in the name its likely not repeated in its description.....

Thanks btw on the compliment. The menu engineering took some time and we collaborated quite a bit.
