Man, that's certainly sub-optimal for knocking balls out of parks.
If I recall, when this was announced to much ballyhooing, I said "it's a long way between announcement and a finished project".... Now it appears to be even further.

They've painted the outside of the new Sprouts, I've noticed!
More info on the Sprouts. Interior work is set to start on January 19, 2026 (the same day the Aggies win the national championship, btw). With completion expected in mid-July. They are investing over $3.5 million on the renovation.

Yeah, that's much more important than Hobby Lobby....I avoid that place like the plague. Teachers need to stop giving out assignments that require Hobby Lobby crap.

hope their crew gets assigned to other stores. lot of good people working there.

Work going on at the Smitty Ks location. Tore up part of the slab and hauled off a lot of brick etc.

According to their TDLR filing, construction won't start until August 2026 with an expected completion of January 2027.

The Mall's doing good with BJ's, that Mexican restaurant next to BJ's, Murdoch's, and Dave and Busters. I might have to actually visit it sometime.
