I have a feeling this will be the final nail in the coffin on the Schulman's project at Bryan Midtown.
What happens to that space, then?

Hopefully the news of D&B will convince Bryan and the Schulmans to get off their butts and finish the SMBG.
If they do proceed, maybe Schulmans could reimagine the arcade portion to be something like laser tag, bumper cars, etc.

I have a feeling the amount of money it's going to take to resurrect that project isn't going to be worth the investment. I can't imagine the number of liens to be waived and liquidated damages to be paid that are probably involved in that.

We go there every now and then because my kids love their California rolls.
Outside of that, it's basically microwave food.
Even the lettuce wraps suck now. Part of the PF Chang's allure was the waiters doing the whole sauce display for lettuce wraps. Now, they just give you peanut sauce and say deal with it.

Rusty posted a letter about hiring Amazon delivery drivers. Says the new Amazon facility in Bryan will open 12/18. Hoping they can ramp up quickly.

I've wondered if the TXB ended up being what this was referring too, but TXB and Texan are two different companies and the location involved was at Fitch and 6, not Southern Pointe.
