Plus the US and Swedes have a pretty strong rivalry and you often have strange outcomes in rivalry games

Frankly it's Sweden that's been more fortunate. They have been whistled for 17 or 18 fouls. Someone in there has been persistently infringing. Likely more than one.

Asllani has 6 fouls herself. That's pretty much the definition of persistent infringement.
