Not sure of the motivation to show the three hens at the senior resort. Seems like a throwaway scene with no real contribution to the story.
I was a little confused at first too, but I interpreted it as Jacelyn being more vain that we've might've suspected. And maybe Vincent (w/e his name is) inadvertently aging them with those blue hairs. Afterwards he realizes "Oh, they want to party party"

They wanted the one lady to hook up with him, and then it just went to show what he really thought of them.
