No way. The show is still at its core a black comedy. That would be a tragic, dramatic ending.

On to who dies, I'm fully thinking Mook is the victim and it comes full circle on Gaitok's ineptness of a security guard causing him to lose the one thing he wants.

That would be awful and despised by everyone.

Episode was fantastic. Loved the tension (again) and the crazy scenarios. The plot is moving. Loving this season. Actors are incredible and the writing is elite. Gaitok leaves me frustrated but that is on purpose.

I'm not sure if some of you people are watching the same show. I think this season has been great.

I agree. Its very good. I think people are struggling with the simple fact its been different than other seasons, which I also consider refreshing. At the end of the day, still nothing like it on TV that keeps your attention and that is what entertainment is.

I think the difference for me is that this season I'm a lot more stressed when watching it. I think Mike White always does a good job of building tension, but last season wasn't all that worried about what was going to happen to the characters. Seemed to be lighter all around.

I told my wife on this week's episode the only storyline that wasn't stressing me out was the brothers with the two chicks, and then they went and had them kiss.

We will see but I don't really think the kiss will be that big of a deal. I was pretty shocked in season 2 when Tonya walked in on the dudes banging, but they didn't make that too big of a deal either, beyond those guys being scam artists.

No doubt. He's all in on percolating the stress and anxiety on all of the character arches. From the music, short chaotic shots, flashing lights, cinematography….all building anxiety. He wants things to boil….

That's odd. I really have no concerns about the tensions between characters. Last year the tension of the marriage and infidelity put me on edge.

Surprised not to see more discussion about Michelle Monaghan hooking up with their butler after trying to get Carrie Coon to do it. That one's going to explode in a LOT of ways.

I have to think Valentin will also bed Carrie Coon's character leading to drama.

Man, if you're not going to grab the bull by the horns someone else will.

She gave her every oppportunity and she passed. That's on Coon's character.

It seemed to me like Coon's character was whispering to Valentin to meet her at her room after. She did a little dance after leaving the other girls maybe thinking she was going to score some late night d?

Monaghan clearly swooped in and stole him to prove that she's the boss...hottest...youngest...sexiest, etc.

Plus, why would Coon think Monaghan was going to steal? She is married and has been bragging about how satisfied she is with her marraige.
DannyDuberstein

This. I thought it was obvious she made a play and was ready to meet him at her room. Instead, Monaghan snagged him and Coon is so loaded she just passes out.

I viewed it the same way. And yes it's classic hot girl of the group still needing validation.

I think why this season is so intense is because one it starts off with a shoot out, which is pretty scary I would imagine. Tim Ratliff so on edge. Rick full of hate and rage. Thailand just seems like a lawless place. Greg/Gary is a murderer and will most likely do it again. Robbery. Guns everywhere. Monkeys.

S is about to go down.

"But who's watching the gate, Gaitok?"

I'm pretty sure she didn't think she would have to worry about her married friend with the supposedly great marriage swooping in.

Funny thing is if cops show up...

Tim will think they're there for him. Greg will think they're there for him. And Rick, if he follows through, will think they're there for him.

And it's highly likely all three have guns.

Edit: Throw in Valentin too, as an accomplice to the robbery done by his Russian buddies.

I doubt a monkey shoots anyone but what I could see happening is a monkey shooting a gun by accident (at no one), and any one of those guys I mentioned mistaking it for the cops, returning fire and shooting someone in the distance.

My money is on Fabian shooting someone. And yes the most unrealistic aspect thus far is the in shape Thai male masseuse going for Belinda. Then again there are men who have that look as their fantasy. To each his own.

Hate to tell you, but I feel confident that we haven't seen the last of that... there's been a lot of foreshadowing at an odd sexual dynamic between the brothers (even towards the sister) and sweet Lil Lochy def has some weird hangups going on.

It's going to get uncomfortable...

Who do y'all think could/will be killed?

I think the following characters could be killed: Greg/Gary, Saxon, Rick, Tim, Victoria, Sritala, Jaclyn, Valentin (and other Russia guys), Fabian, Chloe.

I guess I think Greg - seems the most obvious. I don't think that we will have a ton of bodies at the end.

Tim's panic/dread is so deep, and has lasted so many episodes now, that I not only think he lives, but that he's somehow ultimately spared from prosecution/financial ruin. The fact that he was about to end it all himself, but was interrupted at the last second (and then turned to prayer), only solidified this for me.

Personally I hope they are all killed.

Except maybe Chelsea, Chloe and Piper.

The rest are terrible people.

I won't have any remorse if any or all of them die.
